My background and training covers dance, visual arts, circus and choreography. After working for many years as a solo aerial artist, touring with both traditional and contemporary shows, I have been developing my skills as a teacher and choreographer. In 2014 I started ‘Aerial Dance School’ based in Bristol, providing both weekly classes and intensive workshops in aerial technique and choreography. I have worked as co-artistic director and choreographer from 2013-2017 with Circus Gerbola in Ireland, and from 2017 to present with Bassline Circus in the UK. I completed my Masters of Choreography in Sweden in 2018 whilst also touring internationally with Arcadia Spectacular. Since then I have been helping to build a new studio in the French Pyrenees, where I will continue teaching, hosting workshops and residencies, and developing my own aerial dance company, Companie Nénuphar.
Mon parcours professionnel et ma formation couvrent la danse, les arts visuels, le cirque et la chorégraphie. Après avoir travaillé pendant de nombreuses années en tant qu’artiste aérienne solo, en tournée avec des spectacles traditionnels et contemporains, j’ai développé mes compétences en tant que professeur et chorégraphe. En 2014, j’ai fondé l’«Aerial Dance School» à Bristol, offrant des cours hebdomadaires et des ateliers intensifs de technique aérienne et de chorégraphie. J’ai travaillé comme co-directrice artistique et chorégraphe de 2013 à 2017 avec Circus Gerbola en Irlande, et depuis 2017 avec Bassline Circus au Royaume-Uni. J’ai terminé ma maîtrise de chorégraphie en Suède en 2018 et j’ai également effectué une tournée internationale avec Arcadia Spectacular. Actuellement je participe à la construction d’un nouveau studio dans les Pyrénées françaises, où je continuerai à enseigner, à héberger et à développer ma propre compagnie de danse aérienne, la Companie Nénuphar.
